Delivery Terms & Conditions
✔ Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).
✔ Delivery Address: PO Boxes are not accepted—a physical address with signature confirmation is required.
✔ Cut-off Time: For Next Day or Special Delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM for same-day dispatch.
✔ Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you must arrange redelivery or collection with the courier—we do not cover additional delivery attempts.
⚠ Non-Refundable Shipping: Delivery fees are not refundable, including for returned orders.
