Zaytoon Collections – Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy.
Returns Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers may request an exchange or refund.

Gift boxes, personalised, and customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable (unless faulty).

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility—please use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges will be dispatched once we receive and approve your return.
- If the customer requests an exchange from Zayton Collections and there is no fault or issue with the original product (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), then the customer will typically be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the exchange. In terms of exchange customer would also pay postage cost for the exchange item.

Pack securely in the original packaging, including a note with your order number and email address.
- Kindly avoid squishing or tightly compressing the clothing into a small package—this can cause wrinkles or damage that may affect its resale condition.
